Citizens Care Connect Solutions (“Citizens Care Connect Solutions”, “we”, “us”) operates citizenscareconnect.com and the Citizens Care Connect career-employment platform. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information — name, email address, phone number, and password when you create a candidate or organization account.
Candidate profile information — employment history, education, skills, specialties, languages, availability, preferred locations, salary expectations, and positions of interest that you choose to provide.
Credential and verification documents — identification, licenses, certifications, training records, health/compliance documents, and background-check consents that you upload. These are stored in an encrypted, access-controlled document vault and are never made publicly available.
Application activity — the roles you apply to and the status of each application.
Organization information — business name, identifiers, contact details, and hiring requirements provided by employer accounts.
Technical information — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through standard server logs and, if enabled, analytics tools.

How we use information

To create and manage your account and profile.
To match candidates with relevant opportunities and to help organizations review qualified, screened applicants.
To verify credentials, track expirations, and support compliance and background screening.
To communicate with you about applications, interviews, onboarding, and service updates.
To secure the platform, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We share candidate profile information and application status with the organization for a role you apply to. We share credential and compliance status with authorized reviewers on a need-to-know basis, and access to underlying documents is logged. We use service providers (for example email delivery, and, where configured, background-check, identity-verification, e-signature, and analytics providers) who process information on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal information.

Document security

Uploaded documents are stored outside the public web directory, encrypted at rest, and served only through authenticated, permission-checked download links. Every access is recorded in an audit log.

Your choices

You can review and update your profile at any time from your dashboard.
You can request a copy of your personal data or ask us to delete your account, subject to records we must retain for legal or compliance reasons.
You can opt out of non-essential analytics and marketing communications.

Data retention

We keep account and application information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Compliance and hiring records may be retained longer where required by law or by an organization’s obligations.
