These Terms govern your use of citizenscareconnect.com and the Citizens Care Connect platform operated by Citizens Care Connect Solutions. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organization accounts must be authorized to act for the business they represent.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, credentials, or documents.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Do not use the platform to discriminate unlawfully or to violate employment, licensing, or privacy laws.
• Do not disrupt, probe, or overload the service.

Candidates and organizations

Citizens Care Connect Solutions is a career-employment agency and workforce partner. We facilitate connections, screening, and onboarding between candidates and organizations. We do not guarantee placement, hiring, or any particular outcome. Employment terms are set between the candidate and the hiring organization or Citizens Care Connect Solutions as applicable.

Content you provide

You retain ownership of the information and documents you upload. You grant Citizens Care Connect Solutions a limited license to process and share that information as described in our Privacy Policy for the purpose of providing the service.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party providers (for example background checks, identity verification, and e-signature). Their use is subject to their own terms, and additional consent may be requested at the time of use.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Citizens Care Connect Solutions disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
